What do Design Concepts mean
Design concepts are initial ideas put together by our designers according to your requirements. Depending on your package, you will be provided with a set number of concepts, by a set number of designers. Once you select a concept, the designer will further work on it and finalize it for you.
What is meant by Unlimited Revisions
All packages come with varying revision terms. If you have unlimited revisions for instance, you can request changes in your chosen concept for as many times as you want. However, these changes are strictly limited to alignment, text placement, colors and fonts. You cannot request a revision of design elements because that counts as a new order.
What is the Difference between Turnaround and Delivery Time
We have different offers for different packages. If your package lists a turnaround time, it denotes the time period our designers will take before getting back to you with an initial concept. For instance, if your package lists a 48-hour turnaround time, you will receive your order’s initial concepts in 48 hours. After that, the finalization of your order will depend on which concept you select and how many revisions you request. Delivery Time denotes the time period we will require to deliver your final design after you give feedback and confirm final revisions. For example, if your package lists a delivery time of 3 Business Days, it means that you will receive your final designs in 3 days after confirming the concept and final revisions.

How does the Money Back Guarantee Work
